Yesterday was indeed a great day despite tat it doesn’t really turn out the way me & dearie had planned for weeks. He picked me up frm werk. Imagine he’s in SCS premises when the clock has yet to strike 12pm… wowww!! Tatz REALLY early!!! 5 mins before tat the bravo me already pack up ma stuff & w/o looking back walk out of the office…whahaha…*wonder watz every1 reaction but I juz don’t dare to turn back*… he’s so early tat I didn’t even hav the tme to hav my makeup done. A quick change, quick puff of ZA compact & Maybelline lipgloss, pick up the cake from the fridge in the pantry & off I am to the warm hugz of my dearie in Mr. Tuchson. Whaha…
Then head for his home as he needs to get change. Got the sudden thought of having him blow his bday cake at his home eventhough itz notta complete family – juz me, him & his mum. Called his home to check if his mum is home. Too bad tat she’s not home so dearie had a quick change then off we head to East Coast hoping for a better scenery for him to blow his bday cake. Had the super-mini cake-cutting ceremony of juz me & him…*ahakz*… He’s abt to drive off to our next destination when I surprised him wif the bday gift…khekhekhe… Hope u lyk the gift dear. *wink to dearie*
Then stop by dearie’s home to drop the cake into his fridge before heading for TM. Almost settle our totz for Bistro Delifrance as itz pretty “lengang” but NO-NO am not gonna hold the chance of setting my bite for BaliThai any longer…hehe… Head for BaliThai & thank god there’s not much ppl there. TM’s pretty quiet despite it being lunch hours. Had our spread of Cumi Bakar *thumbs up*, Beef TomYum *superb*, Fried Kangkong, Ayam Yogya & Hotplate Beancurd wif the fragrant white rice. Yummyyyy… Been quite some time since we had tis kinda lunch together. Kinda tickles me a lil’ seeing the other bunch of customers there having to rush back to office. The kinda devilish speaks in my mind “Whaha… I don’t hav to rush back to office lyk u guyz ya know!!!” *yeah evil me I know* Had a good time catching up to lotsa things happeningz in life. Well ok, itz more lyk complaining to each other bout each other’s workload. Ahakz… was really full to the brim when we step out of there. Two fully-blown happy customers. Then dearie bough his fav young coconut jelly & kuih taco *did I got it rite*. Hubby was not into shopping so I decide to drop tat out of our plan. So NO SHOPPING!!! *sob sob*
Head for the car then off we were to find our way to hav a drive round Marina area. First thought itz gonna turn outta be another boring drive-around but itz pretty relaxing actually having lotzz catcing up to chat abt. Then drive off to Jln Besar to get his dad’s medical stuff before proceeding to Golden Mile to get his mum thai cili padi *yeah of all thingz*. Guess hubby still remembers the one-in-a-lifetime experience when he brought me for my first entrance into Golden Mile and I almost puke from the smell of all the preserved stuff they’re selling. Yucckkksss!!! Preserved hermit crabs *tatz wat dearie told me*, preserves veggie & God knowz wat else. So end up he juz asked me to wait in the tummy of Mr. Tucson. The super gatal Thai men where giving me one kinda look, gigglish & winking their “sepet” eyes. The forever so bravo me wind down the window pane & gave them the one-kinda stare. Not long be fore one of the matkothai decide to approach. Whahaha… so me quickly wind up back the window pane, lock the doors, blast the music off & touching up on my makeup while waiting for dearie. Khekhekhe… *evil me* Didn’t tell dearie abt tis coz really don’t wana ruin his mood for the day. *ke takot kena scolding?? Hehe*
Then drive off to Queensway Shopping Centre as dearie wana get himself a pair of shoe. Browse around before he finally decided to settle wif the pair of Adidas shoe. *Cerewet jugak ni bujang sorang kalau shopping… kalah anak dara tau* Then we drive up back to East Coast hopping to laze ard while waiting for Mr. Sunset. Only then did dearie remembered tat he had accidentally tored the Supplementary License for Mr. Tucson so he decide to rush up to the nearest Sing Post which is smwhere ard East Coast Road but too bad itz closed so no choice but to head to the main Sing Post at Paya Lebar. Ended up spending almost 1 hr there waiting for our Q no juz to purchase the Supplementary License. Haizz… cant blame him. Guess he’s juz having a pretty good time tat he forget abt the coupon. *we really miss each other too much u know* Guess dearie knew I’m quite disappointed not getting to watch sunset together so he decide to payback wif Chocolate Eclairs frm Delifrance. Then head to Bedok Central coz dearie wana make a new specs before we had a quick shop for his toiletries. And finally tat I got my Papaya Scrub from the Body Shop. Head for his home after tat where his dad gave me a plastic full of avocados. I insists on paying but he refused. *tanx abah* Well, one of our initial plans is to actually go to his dad’s shop to buy some avocado for mama but too bad we’re stuck in the Q for the coupon.
Decide to call it a day when dearie send me home accompanied by his sis & Aunty Dalilah. So end of the day tis babe reached home at 10pm wif a wide wide smile, her Papaya Scrub from The Body Shop & a plastic bag full of AVOCADOS…whaha…
** Phewww… such a long entry. But had such a great day yesterday. Sori bloggerz if I’m tiring & boring u guyz. But hey, itz my blog so my say rite??!! K la am still waiting for dearie to upload the photos for me. So guess tatz all for now. Will update u guyz wif the photos later on. Adiousss….
